Agreement Terms and Conditions

This agreement is with Vega Multisport S.L., a company registered in Spain under registration number B72736986, with its registered and business address at Km 5, Ctra, 18102 Purchil, Vegas del Genil, Granada 18102, Spain. All tournaments and tours are organized by Vega Multisport S.L., and any reservations for these events are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This also applies to any other tournaments or events managed by Vega Multisport S.L., even if not explicitly mentioned here. Vega Multisport S.L. does not accept conditional bookings—those dependent on the fulfillment of a specific request. All reservations are considered final and are processed according to standard procedures. For team or group bookings, the contract is established between Vega Multisport S.L. and the primary contact person, who may be the first name listed on the booking form or the individual responsible for the team's deposit. If multiple contacts are listed, the contract will include all those named. This agreement is governed by the Terms & Conditions outlined herein. If any minor changes are made to the Terms & Conditions after your booking, your reservation will be subject to the most recent version established by Vega Multisport S.L., although you may not be notified unless necessary. However, you will be promptly informed of any significant changes to the Terms & Conditions.

Information Accuracy

Vega Multisport S.L. strives to ensure that all information shared—whether online, in print, or via email newsletters—is accurate and current. While we make every effort to avoid mistakes, occasional errors may occur, and we apologize in advance if they do. However, rest assured that all information provided at the time of booking will be accurate and binding in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Payment Terms

To secure a booking with Vega Multisport S.L., a non-refundable deposit of 60€ per person (or 10% of the total booking price, whichever is greater) is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the scheduled travel date. If payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In some cases, certain hotels or resorts may require full payment upfront. If this applies to your booking, we will notify you at the time of reservation, and a larger deposit may be necessary to secure your booking. For group event entries, a minimum payment typically covering at least 6 players per team is usually required. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the travel date, full payment will be due immediately, and no booking confirmation will be provided until this payment is completed. In some instances, a supplier may offer a discount for advance full payment. To take advantage of such an offer, full payment will need to be made at the time of booking. This option is non-refundable and non-cancellable. If you are unable to travel for any reason, all payments made will be retained.

How to Pay for Your Booking

Vega Multisport S.L. accepts online card payments, BACS, CHAPS, and cheque payments. Cheques for any remaining balance must be received no later than 8 weeks before the travel date; otherwise, Vega Multisport S.L. reserves the right to cancel the booking. Please make cheques payable to 'Vega Multisport S.L.'

Quotation, Booking, and Confirmation

When you submit an inquiry through our website, you will receive an email with various package options to consider. All travel and general inquiries must be sent via email. Quotes are typically based on twin/double occupancy with self-catering, unless stated otherwise. To book, you will usually need to complete a booking form and confirm your preferred payment method. Once we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation email. Please review this confirmation carefully and raise any questions within 72 hours to avoid additional charges. If a booking form has not been completed, or you have not received an email confirmation, payment of the deposit will be considered as a confirmed booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additionally, if a place has been reserved pending a deposit or booking form (e.g., when funding is being secured), your booking will be considered confirmed. If you later decide not to attend, you will be invoiced for the minimum deposit per team reserved.

Flights

Vega Multisport S.L. does not offer or include flights in our packages. To provide flights, we would need to pay for ATOL bonding, which would increase the cost of your holiday and reduce your flexibility. However, we can assist by providing flight options that you can book independently of Vega Multisport S.L. As such, we do not accept any liability for flight delays, schedule changes or cancellations, lost luggage, injuries, or denial of boarding. Should your flight be delayed and you miss the transfer to the resort, you may be liable for additional costs.

What’s Included in Your Holiday?

Each holiday package is customized to the touring party and may include any or all of the following:
• Accommodation
• Pitch hire
• Match officials
• Playing kit
• Winner’s trophies, medals, or certificates

Accommodation

All teams will be accommodated in hotel rooms or apartments that meet a minimum 3-star standard (out of 5 stars) according to our assessment. If a team disagrees with the quality of their accommodation, an alternative may be offered subject to availability. All accommodations are booked through third-party providers; therefore, Vega Multisport S.L. is not responsible for any issues related to faulty electrical goods or other items beyond our control. In case of any issues, please immediately notify the reception or letting agent. We have no control over how quickly replacements or repairs can be made.

Transfers

Transfers to and from the airport, when provided, are arranged through a third-party provider. As such, Vega Multisport S.L. cannot accept responsibility for delays or the condition of the transport. However, we strive to offer luxury air-conditioned coaches for all guests. For small groups, we may provide transportation via cars or minibuses instead of a coach. Package prices are based on group transfers, meaning we expect teams to arrive and depart on the same flight or within an hour of each other. If teams arrive on separate flights requiring multiple transfers, a surcharge may apply. Package prices assume teams will arrive and depart within two days on either side of the scheduled sporting events. For example, if games are scheduled for June 16th and 17th, teams should arrive no earlier than June 14th and depart no later than June 19th. Arrival outside these times may incur a transfer surcharge. Please note that transfers will not be provided on the days of scheduled sporting events. For instance, if matches are held on a Saturday, no airport transfers will be available on that day. We can assist in finding the most cost-effective transportation options if needed. Airport transfers will also be unavailable during other scheduled events. For example, if an event is taking place from 18:00 on Thursday before the sports activities start on Friday, no transfers will be available during that time. If your flight is significantly delayed, causing you to miss your scheduled transfer to the resort, we will try to accommodate you on the next available transfer. If this is not possible, you will need to arrange alternative transportation to the resort and seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.

Changes to a Booking and Cancellations by You

You can make changes to your booking after the initial deposit payment and before the final balance is due. All amendments must be submitted in writing via email to your Vega Multisport S.L. representative and to this email address info@granadacricket.com. If these changes result in additional costs from venues, you will be responsible for those charges unless you notified us within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. We will inform you of any additional costs at the time of the amendment. Changes to the tour destination or the number of participants will result in a recalculation of the price, and you will be liable for any resulting increase. Any changes made after the final balance has been paid (or is due to be paid, typically 8 weeks before departure) are likely to incur significant costs, for which you will be responsible. Vega Multisport S.L. accepts no liability for any such changes. If you cancel your booking before the final balance is paid or due (8 weeks or more before departure), your deposit will be retained. Additionally, Vega Multisport S.L. reserves the right to charge any extra fees incurred as a result of your cancellation. If you cancel after the final balance has been paid or is due (within 8 weeks of departure), both your deposit and final balance will be retained. You will also be liable for any charges incurred by Vega Multisport S.L. from venues due to their cancellation policies. We will inform you of any such costs at the time of cancellation. If the final balance has not been paid on time, you will still be required to make the payment.

Changes and Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that Vega Multisport S.L. needs to change or cancel your booking, we will do our best to offer an alternative of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your holiday and receive a full refund immediately. The only exception to this is in cases of Force Majeure.

Force Majeure (Superior Force)

Vega Multisport S.L. cannot accept liability or offer compensation if we are forced to cancel, shorten, delay, or alter your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control, known as “force majeure.” These circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riots, civil unrest, industrial disputes, epidemics, health risks, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, airport closures or congestion, airline cancellations or schedule changes, government actions or advice, and other similar situations outside our control.

Price Changes

Once you have booked your holiday, we guarantee that you will not incur any surcharges due to currency fluctuations. However, changes in taxes or fees from services you have booked may affect the final price after the initial booking. If an unexpected charge arises, Vega Multisport S.L. will absorb up to 2% of this cost. For increases between 2% and 5%, you will be required to cover the additional amount. If the increase exceeds 5%, you have the option to either select an alternative venue or cancel your holiday for a full refund, minus any administrative charges. If you choose to cancel, you must do so within one week from the date on your final invoice, but you may still be liable for any cancellation fees we incur.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues or have complaints during your holiday, please report them immediately to a Vega Multisport S.L. representative (if available) or to the venue manager. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please send a written complaint to us at the address provided within 28 days of your return. Complaints submitted after this period may affect your contractual rights, and we may not be able to address them. For administrative complaints, please email info@granadacricket.com.

Passport, Visas, and Health

When traveling abroad and outside the EU, you must present a passport with at least six months' validity remaining upon your return. Vega Multisport S.L. is not liable for any issues related to travel documentation. If you or any member of your party is not a EU citizen or holds a non-EU passport, you must verify passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate. We expect all clients to have an EHIC card (replacing the E111) and adequate travel and activity insurance. While we strive to provide medical cover for arranged activities and facilitate medical care when needed, Vega Multisport S.L. is not responsible for any medical costs incurred, especially if EHIC or insurance coverage is lacking. We also cannot be held accountable for health issues arising from pre-existing conditions or from the use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.

Special Requests and Medical Conditions

If you have any special requests or pre-existing medical conditions that need to be communicated to the tour destination, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee their fulfillment. If the venue deems a request unsuitable or cannot meet it, we will notify you promptly so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Travel Insurance

Vega Multisport S.L. holds professional indemnity insurance to cover our liabilities. However, we strongly recommend purchasing individual travel insurance, which offers broader coverage. Vega Multisport S.L. is not liable for any loss or issues due to inadequate insurance coverage for your holiday.

Law

Our terms and conditions, contracts, and payments are governed by Spanish law, and where applicable, the law of the country where the event takes place.

Liability

If we fail to perform or improperly perform our contract with you, we will provide appropriate compensation if it affects your enjoyment of the travel arrangements. We will also seek compensation from third-party suppliers if they do not meet expected standards. However, we are not liable for failures caused by you or a third party unrelated to the provision of travel arrangements, or for unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including those that could not have been prevented even with due care. Our liability, except in cases of death, injury, or illness, is limited in accordance with the contractual terms of the suppliers providing the components of your holiday.

Weather Policy

If adverse weather conditions force the closure of the venue before your departure and no costs have been incurred, Vega Multisport S.L. will refund the full balance of your holiday, including the deposit. If costs have been incurred, these will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. While on tour, if inclement weather prevents play, we will, at the venue’s discretion and without guarantee, seek a full or partial refund. Any refunds provided will be returned to you without an administrative charge. Each venue has its own weather policy, and any refunds are subject to both the venue's and Vega Multisport S.L.'s discretion. Vega Multisport S.L. cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.

Data Protection

Your personal information will be securely stored online and will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent. Email addresses collected will be added to our mailing list and may be used to provide updates on our events. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please inform us at the time of booking.

Descriptions

Descriptions of venues on our website are based on site visits and information provided by the venues. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot control all aspects of the holiday arrangements. Therefore, amenities may be withdrawn or changed due to reasons such as renovations or water conservation. We will notify you of any such changes as soon as we are aware, but we cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage, or inconvenience.

Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate the holiday arrangements of any customer whose behavior is likely to cause distress, danger, damage, or annoyance to others, or if you appear unfit to travel due to alcohol or drug use. In such cases, our responsibility for your journey or tour will cease. The full price of the tour will remain payable, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, we will not be liable for any compensation, and you will be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Vega Multisport S.L. as a result of your actions. The lead booker is responsible for the entire group and any damage or loss incurred during the holiday. Immediate payment for any damage or loss to the venue is required. Failure to pay may result in liability for any claims against us, including legal costs.

Luggage

We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or delay to your luggage unless directly caused by our employees' negligence.

Playing Kit

Playing kits may be included in your package, as specified in the tour details. Unless otherwise agreed, the provided playing kit must be worn on the field and should be the outer layer of clothing. Modification of the playing kit is not permitted without prior consent. If no playing kit is provided, participants must wear appropriate kit for their sport. If a participant wears kit deemed unsuitable by Vega Multisport S.L. or its representatives, they may be required to change or be removed from the field of play.

Room Accounts

Any outstanding room accounts will be billed to you after your tour, and a 20€ administrative fee will be applied.

Sports Equipment

If sports equipment is damaged outside of normal use, we will seek financial compensation for the replacement of the damaged item. This amount is payable immediately and is non-negotiable.

Hire Vehicles

For hire vehicles provided, Vega Multisport S.L. covers standard insurance and the basic rental cost only. All additional expenses, including fuel, collision damage waiver, super-waiver insurance, and other extras, are your responsibility. In the event of a claim resulting from your actions or those of a third party, you will be liable for the insurance excess on any policy, whether standard or additional.

Tournament Specifics

Vega Multisport S.L. organizes various tournaments involving multiple teams. This section outlines additional terms and conditions specific to these tournaments.

1. Tournament Pricing: Prices are based on a specific number of participating teams. If the required number is not met, Vega Multisport S.L. reserves the right to amend the tournament, which may include reductions in the prize fund or changes to guest appearances. All teams will be informed of such changes and offered a refund if applicable, subject to the time constraints detailed above. We also reserve the right to limit the number of teams based on travel, accommodation or facility availability.
2. Squad Sizes: Individual prices are based on a specific squad size. If your squad size does not meet the required number, additional charges may apply.
3. Transfers: Transfers may be slightly delayed if teams arrive on different flights within a short time frame. We will inform you of any expected delays before your journey begins. Excessive delays will be compensated as agreed. For teams with return flights close together, transfers will be coordinated to ensure timely arrival at the airport, which may result in some teams spending extra time at the airport.
4. Kit Provision: If tournament kits are provided, Vega Multisport S.L. may negotiate commercial and sponsorship agreements with third parties. If participants have moral or commercial objections to the sponsored kit, this must be communicated to us at least 2 weeks before the tournament. Failure to do so will result in the expectation that all participants wear the provided kits. Tournament kits must be worn during tournament hours and on the field of play, as well as for any official photographs. Participants are free to wear their own clothes outside of these hours.
5. Awards Dinner: Participants are expected to behave appropriately during the awards dinner. Complaints will be addressed immediately, and those causing disturbances may be removed and charged for any issues caused. If specific 'guests of notoriety' are unavailable at short notice, we will attempt to find replacements but cannot guarantee their suitability.
6. Weather-Related Changes: Vega Multisport S.L. is not liable for any events affected by weather conditions. If time permits, we will attempt to reschedule games or reduce game length to ensure the tournament's completion. If no awards dinner takes place, prizes will be presented after the tournament final.
7. Trophy Handling: Main trophies are the property of Vega Multisport S.L. and are for photo purposes only. You may receive a replica trophy to take home. A replacement fee of £400 will be charged if a main trophy is not returned by the agreed date, or if it is damaged, lost, stolen or not returned in suitable condition.
8. Awards Dinner Location: Awards dinners will be held outdoors only in months with low likelihood of poor weather. If the event is canceled due to weather and no alternative venue is available or sufficient time for rescheduling, no refund will be provided (force majeure).
9. Tournament Changes: Vega Multisport S.L. reserves the right to modify any part of the tournament at short notice if deemed necessary.
10. Late Arrival: Teams arriving late will forfeit their game to the opposition. Continued lateness may result in the removal of the team from the tournament.
11. Conduct: All teams must adhere to appropriate behavior both on and off the field. Vega Multisport S.L. reserves the right to remove any team from the competition and the venue if necessary.
